Big and tall. I used to weigh 365 lbs, but in 18 months, with proper eating and exercise, got down to 230 lbs. But due to the COVID-19, and social distancing, put some weight back on (back up to 260 lbs). My disability is my legs. I have neuropathy in both feet, edima swelling in both legs, arthritis in both knees (and now in both hands), and more recently, a sciatic nerve problem on my left side, lower back/hip. I don't let my disability keep me from going on slow paced hikes, nor bicycling. I used to go on hikes at least 3 times a week, but because of the COVID-19, and social distancing, have only been able to 1 hike a week. Also due to allergies, and I am a smoker, I sometimes have trouble breathing while wearing a mask.
Currently, I spend a lot of my spare time in my garden. I rent 3 garden lots (600 square feet) at the Sepulveda Garden Center, where I grow my own vegetables, fruit, and flowers. I also help others, in their gardens.
Need to know more about me, please feel free to ask.
