I looked at what I originally wrote here, and realized it wasn't quite right. I wrote that I'm picky about who I spend my time with. It's true in a way, but I almost always accept an offer for a first meeting. It's the second meeting that's harder to come by. I know what I like, but I don't presume to know if you have what I'm looking for (or not) from just a profile. To think I could would be conceited and foolish.

I also understand that the attraction has to work both ways, and it's possible you might find I'm not quite right for you. Would hearing this hurt? Of course it would. But I can handle it, and I'm willing to take that risk in the hope that maybe we do click. Can't know until we try.

So, here's the deal: I like meeting in simple, public settings; A Sarbucks, a bar, someplace where we can keep our options open, and no one feels trapped. I work nights, with every Friday and some Saturday nights off. My humor can get a bit corny sometimes. I like being active - dancing, sports, socializing, etc.

I'm not looking for anything long-term. I just want to enjoy the company of a woman who likes being with me. What we end up doing ... I don't know. But whatever happens only happens if we both want it.
